Solstice

Heat does the warming up for you.

50 min · EGP 850 · The Studio · Next available Sun 8 Nov · 10:30

Is this you?

  • You feel stiff and tight, and stretching cold never gets you anywhere

  • You want a workout that leaves you calmer, not more wired

  • You sweat out the week better than you talk it out

What happens

Classes in our heated studio. The warmth lets muscles release sooner and deeper, so you move further with less strain and leave feeling loose and clear-headed.
